About This Hut

Confederation Lake Hut is a fully enclosed winterised shelter perched close to the water's edge of beautiful Confederation Lake. One of the windows in the sleeping loft offers a great view of the lake, and the hut is backdropped by lush forest with ferns providing ground cover. The lake is excellent for swimming, which is a real selling point since both the north and south approaches involve uphill climbs. This peaceful spot makes for a rewarding rest after a challenging hike.
